As we all fighting right now with physical and mental fatigue, I developed a blend working well for me and my patients.
It should be easy for you to re-create this at home:
MENTAL FATIGUE
Add 2 drops of basil oil
Add 5 drops of peppermint oil
Add 7 drops of rosemary oil
Add 50 ml of water in a spray bottle
Shake well
Spray all around your body and inhale
