Lose some weight - try to stay in your ideal range
Drink alcohol in small amounts
Stop eating pork and any processed food
Get moving minimum 30 minutes a day
Eat broccoli 4 times a week
Be careful with Hormone Therapy
This are small steps, easy to implement and all will have a positive impact on your life.
