How to not get sick




We all worry about getting sick. Don’t- positive thinking is a must. Wash your hands with water and oregano oil. Start taking high dose of zinc and vitamin C, garlic supplement, oregano oil. Drink hot tea with ginger and honey.


Get enough sleep, keep warm and drink plenty of water. Get fresh air daily, do not overdo exercise.If you not feeling well stay at home. Broths are great sources of nutrients. Start cooking. Stock up on : water, oregano oil, zinc, honey, lemons🍋, garlic, ginger, vit C .


DO NOT SEAT AND WORRY- TAKE ACTION.
