Mental Health



Let’s talk today about importance of mental health.


Only some of us will contract Coronavirus, but we all suffering mental impact: depression, anxiety and panic attacks. Learn to recognise when you not feeling well. Crying😢is great stress relief, to not hold emotions inside. Network and speak honestly about your feelings to your friends and family.


IT IS OK TO FEEL AFRAID- try to concentrate on positives: weather, flowers🌷, acts of kindness. Listen to the music- sing along and dance. If possible go for walk. Praying and meditation is also good. Make plan what you want to achieve in the next 2 months: clean your closet, read bunch of books, do some online learning: aromatherapy is wonderful thing to learn.


A lot of museums offering virtual tours- learn about art. Zinc, B6 and rhodiola all can help. Try essential oils: Bergamot, Clary Sage, Geranium, Lavender, Lemon, Sage and Rosemary. Use them in diffuser and bath. Make sure you sleep at least 7 hours- try to get to bed before 11:30pm. Helping others is also wonderful mood buster.
